Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/smooth-scrolling` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. 3. Smooth scrolling is enabled across the front end by default. 4. No. The plugin only controls frontend script loading and scrolling behavior.
