You can customize the display style with the customize theme.
Note: Only works on Flatsome theme.

- Upload the
Related Posts Flatsomedirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory via FTP - Alternatively, upload the
related-posts-flatsome.zipfile to the ‘Plugins->Add New’ page in your WordPress admin area - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Change style go to Appearance -> Customize -> Blog -> Blog Related Posts
