Their website offered a money-back guarantee and when we asked for our money back our IP was blocked. We checked with our contacts at Elegant Themes who said they knew nothing about this company. They are investigating. This is obviously a third-world hacker/developer who is trying to scam honest users and WordPress Professionals. After some light investigation, we also found out that they had issues with PayPal and are now attempting to use Stripe. We would be happy to talk to anyone at Automattic about our experience and provide any information required to take further action.
