Choose a saved template, click “Insert”, and the text is added to the order note field with the placeholders already filled in from that order. You can review and edit the text before you add the note. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active. 2. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it from the Plugins screen in WordPress. 3. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen. 4. Register your templates, then open any order to use them. ## Preguntas frecuentes ### Where do I create the templates? No. Your templates are kept in the database when you delete the plugin, so they are still there if you install it again. ### I use “ETBS OrderMemo” (the version distributed from GitHub). How do I switch? The two plugins cannot be active at the same time. Deactivate “ETBS OrderMemo” first, then activate this plugin. Your templates are shared, so they carry over as they are. Only deactivate the old plugin. If you want to delete it, first update it to version 1.0.3 or later.
