This plugin can be used when your site is under maintenance mood. If any visitor visit in pages of your site they will be redirect and they will see your message. You can also set a page for this. You can also use this for landing page

I was in need of a maintenance mode plugin to restrict access to my site while it was being redeveloped.
Works great but no one can access the site including logged-in admins. So if you want to be able to access front-end pages while in maintenance mode then this plugin isn’t for you.
